Welcome to our consultation website, where you can view our proposals for Horncastle View. We appreciate your time and interest in our plans.
Adas Land is preparing an Outline planning application for a new residential development of up to 200 low-carbon, high-quality homes, including 40% affordable housing provision, on Lincoln Road.
Horncastle View is located in a sustainable and well-connected location with easy access to Horncastle town centre and the wider area. Our vision is to build a new neighbourhood that seamlessly integrates new homes into the existing town using landscape-led design that respects the history and character of Horncastle. We want to develop a residential area that sits within the natural landscape, providing biodiversity enhancement while addressing the housing needs of the district.

We invite local residents and the wider community to explore our initial proposals on this website and share feedback with us. Input from the local community is important at this stage, so that we can better understand the priorities of the community as we refine our proposals ahead of the submission of a planning application.
We will also be holding a public exhibition event for those who wish to speak to a member of the team in-person, or for those who may have additional accessibility requirements. The details of the event are as follows:
